Abstract:
The report is devoted to the description of the dissertation research conducted by the applicant Kruzkov D.M., which aims to develop a method
for improving the accuracy of GLONASS. The accuracy level is measured using the so-called equivalent pseudo-range error,
which is a nonlinear function of residual errors such as ephemeris, Earth orientation parameters, time scale drift, etc.
The paper proposes a new technological cycle for satellite constellation operating, which involves conducting and processing measurements
on board navigation spacecraft to solve ballistic-navigation support task. Optical and radio-technical hardware are considered as measurement tools.
As a result of the algorithms and cyclograms development on the software mock-up, the possibility of reducing the error in the operational mode
of GLONASS constellation is shown. Due to the presence of a number of systematic errors that hinder the implementation of the task,
methods and algorithms for their evaluation have been developed using additional ground infrastructure.
