Mars Climate Orbiter (At Kennedy Space Center): Launch -71 Days

A good oxidizer sample was obtained and the fueling team pressed ahead and successfully completed loading of NTO oxidizer to the orbiter.

Mars Polar Lander (In Denver, Colorado): Launch -95 days

The lander arrived at KSC safely via C-17 cargo plane at 1:30 am EDT (Thursday morning). Diode rework/retesting of the Power Distribution and Drive Unit (PDDU) and Command and Data Handling (C&DH) boxes continues to proceed ahead of schedule. Shipment of the reworked boxes to KSC is scheduled for Monday October 5.
