Mars Climate Orbiter:

The Mars Climate Orbiter spacecraft arrived at Kennedy Space Center (KSC) via C-17 on September 11 and was safely transported to the Spacecraft Assembly and Encapsulation Facility (SAEF-2). The Power Distribution and Drive Unit (PDDU), which was removed from the orbiter in order to inspect/replace cracked glass body diodes, is on schedule for delivery to KSC and re-mate with the spacecraft on September 21.

Mars Polar Lander:

Cruise configuration thermal vacuum testing was completed successfully on September 5; this completes the environmental test program for the Mars Polar Lander spacecraft. The lander pre-ship review is scheduled for September 15.
