Function

Provides for the overall mechanical integrity of the spacecraft. Must withstand launch and handling loads, provide attachment fixtures for all electronics, propulsion subsystem, instruments and mechanical devices.

Design Features

• All composite structure
• Modular construction - equipment module for avionics and instruments, which attaches to lower propulsion module which contains prop subsystem and launch vehicle adapter.
