The "hash" at the bottom is what is labeled "P_ISH" or Power ISH. This is a point in the orbit where the spacecraft is Earth-pointed but in inertial hold and not processing stars. We stop the spacecraft rotation to place the MOLA in a favorable position with respect to the Sun to warm it briefly. Then, at the "STRX_E" point we start processing stars again to obtain attitude knowledge (spinning). This new Power ISH replaces the MOLA ISH (the long red bar that has disappeared).
Also, there are now yellow "SE_B" and "SE_E" markers which identify the solar eclipse entry and exit points, respectively.
